Last week some kid came on here and made a thread about how he put his level up to HOF or Legend and then that level was stuck on that even when he turned it back to veteran and all-star...was that real or no?

Because too many people are creating threads for small things that are already being discussed in the Bugs/Glitches Thread.
Sooner or later it was going to happen.

If you wanna know if its proven why not read thru the already existing thread that is discussing that very topic. Chances are, you'll find the answer you're looking for in there.

Hey Sooner can it only happen if you play on Legends mode and then switch to another mode? Or can it happen if you play on say All-Star mode and then switch to Veteran?

It's not proven at all. I played games on Legend and got destroyed each time. I'm playing on All Star now and there is a big difference. I just beat the Phillies 6-3 with the Braves. That wouldn't happen on Legend. I'd be lucky to score 2 runs on Legend. It's not a fact, and it isn't true. All Star is just harder this year.

Sooner1 is the one who posted it in the first place, so of course he's going to tell you it's true.

Just read the thread asking people if they are man enough to admit they leveled down after getting beat on Legend and HoF. Dozens of people started on Legend and HoF, got destroyed, and have moved down to All Star. Playing on Legend won't lock in that difficulty.

What happened was sooner1 played on Legend, got beat. Gave up, moved to All Star (which is 10x harder than All Star in 08), he got beat again, and posted OMG THE GAME IS LOCKED ON LEGEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think he is. I tried this, got demolished, and then dropped to Veteran and won. There was a major difference.

Nope. It is you and "your friend who also has the game" that are mistaken. Just because you and your unnamed friend experience something doesn't make it fact. Dozens and dozens of us have played on Legend, just for the challenge, then moved down to HoF and All Star and went on our merry ways.
