I have compiled three songs for most regional broadcasts to load into the game. I'll upload them once I get all of the network tunes. I also have the FOX World Series Theme and the TBS national theme.
In the V1 zip file is the following:

MLB 2K9 Custom Broadcast Music Version 1
To use, burn all mp3 files onto a music CD. Rip music tracks onto Xbox360 HHD. Make playlists for individual songs (named after the mp3 file). Load MLB2K9 and go to 2K Beats under features. Select Ballpark Music, once in the playlist selection process make sure you press "Y" to be in ballpark mode.
For my settings, I used the "1" song for both the "Intro" and "Game Over" events. I used the "2" song for "7th Inning" and "Side Retired" events. Last, I used the "3" song for the "Inning Over" event.
Make sure to have your "Custom Music Vol" setting around 25 or 30, so the music isn't blaring over the commentary.
