LARRY FITZGERALD
He set or tied four NCAA records. His achievements included scoring a touchdown in 18 straight games, scoring 34 touchdowns in two years, tying Randy Moss by scoring a touchdown in 12 straight games in one season, and grabbing 92 passes for 1,692 yards.

JOE SCHMIDT
Starred for Pittsburgh from 1950-52 established himself as one of the finest players in collegiate and NFL history. An All-American in 1952, he personified the hard-nosed player of that era as his playing style was described by one writer as football at the boiling point.

In his senior year, Brown was a unanimous first-team All-American. He finished 5th in the Heisman Trophy voting, and set school records for highest rush average (6.2) and most rushing touchdowns (6). He ran for 986 yards -- third most in the country despite Syracuse playing only eight games -- and scored 14 touchdowns. In 2002, he was named by The Sporting News as the greatest professional football player ever

JOHN MACKEY

Mackey played both tight end and running back at Syracuse. On a run dominated offense, he led the team in receiving his senior season in 1962. He was named to Syracuse University's All-Century team in November, 1999.

TIM GREEN
He set three Syracuse records for most sacks: 45.5 career, 15 one year, 4 one game. He had 341 tackles in his career. In 1985 he was Syracuse co-captain and was named Co-player of the Year in the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC).
