In a nutshell, RBK and PBK have been scaled way back in terms of progression and with the overall rating. Before, those two ratings played a major role in an Offensive Linemen's Overall.

For Madden 10, it is the Run Block Strength/Footwork and Pass Block Strength/Footworks that are the domanint factors for OL.
