Are the updated EA rosters available yet for the PS3?

Well, supposedly the bracket pack and updated rosters are coming out today for PS3, haven't seen anything on the PS3 store or anywhere else.

I have a PS3, but not the PS3 version. Try looking for it under EA Sports extras in your game. Go to My NCAA --> EA Sports Extras --> Live Marketplace (something like that I am going from memory) and then download it from there. That is how it works on the 360 anyway. On the 360, you don't download it from the Live Marketplace on the startup screen, but from inside the game (at least that's how it was this morning).

I am getting the updated brackets since downloading the bracket pack for PS3 - still confused about how to get the modified rosters. Not seeing any EA issued news or anything in the EA Vault besides the user-created ones. When I try and do a quick match online to get updated rosters - it indicates it is checking for roster updates - but then doesnt indicate that it is downloading any new rosters and doesnt give me an option to save the new roster like it does in Madden. Anyone have any luck finding or accessing the modified rosters??

There are no updated EA rosters.... Its just a Bracket Pack. I think a lot of people are getting confused on this issue. If there are any updated rosters, they would be in the NCAA 09 March Madness Edition, which happens to be Xbox 360 exclusive. All we're getting on the PS3 is an accurate tournament bracket.

Ahhh - thanks Nolan. Was looking for something that wasnt there for like an hour yesterday night. Too bad about the lack of modified rosters - the bracket was nice though, just wish they had the play-in game.

Yea... I downloaded it last night and checked a couple of players before I went to bed. I noticed Meeks(UK) is now an 85 up from 77 and Hansbrough is now a 96 I believe up from 87.

Yeah, they've updated these for sure. Miles Plumlee for Duke is now 78, which is still way too high, but at least he's not 81 anymore haha.

Also noticed that all the low seeds (eg. Binghamton, ETSU, etc.) have been rated D- across the board. Also, the strong mid-majors have been given a boost, Butler is now at A-, same with Utah.

Not bad considering my expectations for this update were less than zero.

Yeah. I got them on 360.

But, here is the ultimate EA screwup: Blake Griffin: 86 overall.

You mean to tell me Deon Thompson is 8 points better than Griffin?

Total bull. I'm a UNC diehard. But there's no way in hell we have 6 people better than Blake Griffin.

Hell, there aren't 6 people in college better than him. There might not be a single one...
