The play clock starts once the play is ruled dead, but in every Madden that i can remember it wouldn't start untill the team was in the huddle/play calling screen.

Instead of having just 40 secs to run a play, it could range from 45-55 secs so in a 5 min game it would take roughly 6-10 plays just to run out a quarter.

Will this be fixed?
