Operation Sports Forums - View Single Post - Why does Intentional Walk Icon not appear for each hitter?

The icons are not always under the pitches. I wanted to walk a hitter, the icon was not there, and I got lit up for a 2 run dinger. Wondered if I was missing something or if it happened to anyone else.
