The example I threw out there was Marques Colston, me being a Saints fan. When he was drafted, noone in the league would have said he could be one of the best WRs in the league, and over a 2 year period, he set NFL records. Same goes for Tom Brady.
I think that's the exact reason why we aren't 'hiding' it any more - to make sure that those sleepers do occur as well as the busts. In these pre-made hand-crafted draft classes we can ensure that there is a proper mix of late round gems and first round busts and everything in between, whereas in years past it's all just totally random (and not very interesting).

We want to create the next Brady's and Colston's.
