my brother average 100ppg on and offline eit smith. he is just as good as Kobe if not better. he makes it anywhere n dunk on ANYBODY U HAVE DOWN THERE! how can i stop him?

offensively jr smith is probably the best player in the game... due to his speed, 99 dunk, and easy easy easy release on his shot...
it's weird to me how he was 77 most of the year and now a 79, his offensive abilities should have him rated at least 85Comment

it's true every game i play against him he racks up 30+ on me, and with melo it makes the nuggets a very hard team to beat. But i think jr smith has shown lately that this game is very realistic. The game against the jazz i think, he couldn't be stopped. I think that's another thing 2k should try to implement, a mentality/maturity rating. The only thing holding jr smith back from being the nba leading scores or years 6th man is his mind. He clearly can score.Comment

Any player 6'6" or taller with a dunk, speed and 3 point rating 80 or above is going to be a nightmare in the right hands.
dunk, close shooting, speed, and 3 pt rating are the only 4 ratings that matter online.Comment

What level are you playing on? (All-star, Superstar?)
Are you using any sliders?
Are you adjusting your defensive assignments and settings?
I don't know if Lebron is the same way, but I shut down the cavs with my chicago bulls in an association game on all-star 10 min quarters with Nogsters sliders (clutch off) and Neon's rosters. Lebron was hardly a threat to me, mo williams was the one scoring, but even he couldn't stop me from beating down the cavs 118-85.
I also wonder how you play the game. Do you go for steals a lot on defense or do you try to stick to your man? Do you rush your shots and start playing in a panic mode where you try to shoot too many 3's, or do you set up your offense and play with relaxation?Comment

u gotta punish JR Smith when u are on offense. he plays very weak d and can be exploited with a little skill.
everytime i play nuggets my sg and sf have career game's in the points department. carmelo and JR are the weak link on that team for defense. the more u attack them the more success u will have.
the only way to stop JR Smith is to go through him and dunk on his head. this will cancel out any cheese he pulls on other end of court.Comment
