Whats up with the draft class? Some of the last names for the players dont match them. I think stafford's last name was brown or something. can you fix it?

its fixed... Ill will have to see another way to rate the rookies copy and paste didnt work.

okay... i found 1 minor glitch... I have not simmed the 2008 season to lead to the 2009 season ..so rookies can be drafted for 2009.. I will work on getting this fixed..however you can still play 1 season with all current free agents & 2009 schedule.. but i strive for perfection.

Hey FNG, i downloaded your franchise and started editing the correct equipment for the rookie class. Let me know if you want me to shoot that over to you once i'm completed. eta. 1-2 weeks if you're interested. LMK!

okay i simmed the first season and it has Urlacher retiring along with alot more vets who will be playing this year in 2009.. I want to have last years rookies advance to 2nd year players . Does anyone have any ideas on how to keep the vets fromn retiring.. Dophin mentioned re-creating Urlacher and the other vets. But i think the stats would be lost.. My other Idea was to make them rookies and then add there years back for 2009... thoughts ..anybody ?

Did you try to unretire them first? You'll get most of them that way (you may have to raise your salary cap in the editor though). I just said to recreate the ones that won't come back for another year. Yeah, you'll lose stats, but at least you'll have the guy.

okay, here what happend Urlacher completed his contract so.. there was nothing left for him to use. i went ahead and lengthend it 4 yrs and he signed for 16 million.. lol.. went back adjusted the editor and took back the 15 mill... so all players who are trying to retire will be available a few years longer... this is taking a while please be patient. I ran into another snag all the free agents are trying to retire.. Im hoping that i will be able to sign them before the computer over wites them with the incoming rookie class.. also spome of the college players names were messed up..if anybody want to help take over use editor and re- assign contracts please do.. I will email you the file.. this project has gotten bigger.. also i need someon to adjust the years of the players most rookies are saying they have been in the nfl for 3 yrs which should be 2.. anyways happy easter guys
