    Created players jersey number problem

I recently created a few players (Myself and a few friends) for an upcoming franchise I was going to do. I put myself as my lucky # 11 but for some reason it will not give me that number when I play a game. Every time I go in and edit the player back to 11 and save it correctly (I have triple checked after making the save) and I go into a game and I am always 14.

Nobody else on my MLB roster is # 11. Does anyone have any pointers? I believe I have checked all of the players (Including AA and AAA) and none of them are 11 so I am not sure. I still love the game, it'd just be nice to have my lucky number.

    Thank you all!!!!

I had the same issue for when I added created players onto the Pirates. I wanted #1 and #8, but they kept giving them #2 and #11 respectively. Couldn't fix it. After some research, I found out that the Pirates retired #1 (Billy Meyer) and #8 (Willie Stargell), so I guess that makes sense. However, #11 is also retired (Paul Waner), so that doesn't jive. Weird.

Sorry it took so long for me to reply. We lost power You guys were right!! I just looked and # 11 is retired for San Fran.

So...I need your help, ha ha. I only chose to play with the Giants because they had an awesome stadium in The Show.

In your opinions, who else has an awesome stadium in the Show? Hopefully they don't have a retired # 11

            Thanks again!!!

why don't you double up your #? for instance, 11 becomes 22. in reality, all players do that if its retired or taken, and some go lower or higher.
