Re: NCAA Football 10 Blog: Stadium Updates
I saw that they added the Alamodome, but I was just curious if the new Cowboys Stadium would be in the game, as that's where the Big 12 Championship is going to be the next two years (2009 and 2010). After that, it probably goes back up North to Arrowhead, and alternates from year to year, North to South.
Also, the new Cowboys Stadium is the neutral site for OU-BYU and Texas A&M-Arkansas...Comment

Re: NCAA Football 10 Blog: Stadium Updates
Thanks for your feedback.1) Tried to get a generic dome since 07. But it has always been a generic dome versus another authentic stadium. We decided we'd rather have an authentic team stadium instead of a generic dome for low profile bowl games.
2) Yes, that is exactly why we don't have authentic stadiums for baseball fields. They are generic on PS2 as well. I don't believe we will ever have authentic baseball stadiums for the bowl games that use them... but you never know.
1) Makes sense - but as someone else mentioned, you may consider using the Alamo Dome (or even the Carrier Dome) for both Rogers Centre and Trop field (with the field art different of course) That may be time effective and get the job done.
2) Thanks for the clarification. Is it possible (legally) to build a stadium that looks similar and call it something like (Toronto Stadium, Tampa Stadium or SF Stadium?) Also, how were we able to get Dolphin Stadium? Is it because it isn't owned by the team.Comment

Re: New blog 4/16/09. NCAA Football 10: Stadium Updates.
Sweet, great news OMT.Whoops. Yeah, we got the LSU video board in. It just wasn't scheduled so I didn't have it on my list.
As far as the field art, our stadiums and fields are completely seperate entities so this blog didn't mention any field art updates. We got the new field for UL Lafayette in. :wink:Who Dat!Comment

I'm not 100% sure. We send everything through our licensing director who tells us what we can model and what we have naming agreements on.Thanks for your feedback.
