    From the original blog:
Unlike last-gen which only had 5, we were able to get all 7 referees in to Madden NFL 10 with AI and a full suite of avoidance (and collision) animations.

i think thats fn awsome but it could be annoying at the same time.... hey but we want realism correct? well there its is guys.... hey at least when your feeling angry cause the ref made a bad call like they usually do.. you can take it out on them now haha.

It would be cool if they were signature styles for stuff like that.

Cool. How many plays were there? I count about 5 or 6 that Miami actually ran.

Yeah, I think that will happen.

Cribbs, McFadden, Brown, Randel El and LT are the ones that come to mind.

Cool. Might shut up some of the people whining that this will be cheese.

edit- actually that was the option. Somewhat similar though.
Not really similar at all lol. Maybe similar to what Florida do with Tebow.

i just hope the refs are intelligent enough so they stay out of the way on the vast majority of downs.

refs definitely get knocked over, but it's really amazing how rarely it happens considering the chaos on the field from play to play.

it will become incredibly frustrating if they are frequently infuencing the outcome of the game.

I don't care about the ref, guys tell me whether i'll collide with other players. 2k5 had it is one thing madden has still not picked up on yet. If it is an indication and is being included then good stuff, otherwise i dont care if the ref falls down.

Most already know I make a mention of it every know and then (I would still be posting that picture showing colored cleats if it wasn't going to lead to an infraction...).

I really could care less if people don't wanna hear it. It's a part of football, it's a part of individuality, and I don't really care if it leads to me getting into a debate. Point blank it should be in the game. That and sock lengths but others handle that. lol

I hope the refs just make intelligent calls... Is that too much to ask?

WOW madden is really beginning to look like sundays, like others have pointed out the logo on the helmet needs to be smaller and the numbers larger, i just hope that we get great presentation with close ups on the players to take advantage of the graphics rather then having to go into replay to really enjoy the look of the game.

On the picture where Brown is giving the hand off to Williams you can see Williams' thumb going through the football. :o

Is the anti-aliasing turned off completely or is it still being worked on?

Whoa whoa whoa sir, those are all clear visor players.

Jamar Williams wears a dark visor (special teams player for the bears, maybe another team now i dunno) Kawika Mitchell and Marshawn Lynch wore clear half and smoke/dark half last year, LT is dark, Brian Dawkins is dark, I will do some more work tonight to find out who else uses smoke and dark visors.
