Which system?
Guys, I've been with the site for a while but don't really post a lot. I have a 360 and PS3 and do most of my gaming on 360. I got MLB the Show and I am hooked on the PS3. Which system should I get NCAA Football 10 on? What are the pro's and con's for each system? I know a lot of you guys on here are serious gamers, so your input I value! Thanks in advance!Tags: None -
Re: Which system?
I say get it for which ever system you feel better on.
for me, I prefer the Xbox 360 controller more than the PS controller. plus the few friends that I actually play NCAA online with, play on 360.
technically, the game will usually be the same on both systems. sometimes the 360 will be better at one thing than the PS3, and on somethings the PS3 is better than the 360.Comment

Re: Which system?
I prefer the 360 version over the PS3. It might all be in my head, but to me it just seems like the 360 version looks a bit better and plays somewhat smoother.Just kidding.Comment

Re: Which system?
If online dynasty is important to you then you should go with the system you have more friends on (360 most likely). I expect the game to be very similar (much like last year) on both systems so I really don't think you will be making a bad decision either way.Comment

Re: Which system?
I have both and prefer the 360.
Controller 360>PS3
Online Community 360>PS3
Dashboard 360>PS3
Communication with others 360>PS3
Multi_Player Online Service 360>PS3
Blue Ray PS3>360
Viewing and storing photos PS3>360
Internet PS3>360
Reliability PS3>360
I view the 360 as a gaming machine and the PS3 as a multi-media machine for the Hi-Def TV.Comment

Re: Which system?
Factors:
Which console has the majority of your friends that you play with?
Which controller do you like more?
Which do you prefer XBL(xbox live) or PSN(playstation network)?
Trophies(is PS3 getting trophies for the lineup this year?) or Achievements?
Which console have you played the most on in the past? Are you a PS2 guy who came to the 360 this gen? Or have you played on xbox for the past iterations?
Those questions I hope help you decide.

Re: Which system?
I'm not sure if this is true with NCAA 10, but in 09 the 360 version ran at 60fps and the PS3 version was a port of the 360 version so even though it ran on better hardware it didn't take advantage of it and didn't come close to playing as smoothly as the 360 version. Obviously 360 all the way for me.Comment
