The lowest i could see him is an 80. I'm not exactly sure but the reason he makes so many tackles may be because the Raiders rush defense is so bad, he has to try and pick up the slack. He did play defensive end a couple years but kicked back inside this past season.
If the Raiders were a better team then he would definitely be recognized as a better player.
