I think it'd be great if players had "Personalities".

As an example...I sign a big shot WR, but I'm really struggling to get him the ball. And he gets upset, and demands more touches...or trade him. Now I wouldn't want personalities to dominate franchise mode, but at least have them be a factor.

I think this would add a nice bit of realism and needed depth to franchise mode. But of course be optional.
