This is such a lame statement though... And it's already been played to death... Do you expect them to put player who randomly disapear from franchise because they got busted for doping, or getting busted for running dog fights, or DUIs, etc, etc etc... There has to be a limit and as such, with the harsh rules and possible injuries surrounding the tackle in question, what point dose this add to the game if you're only playing pick up games...? You loose a guy for the rest of the game... Would it be something that you could controled? If it was, can you say 4th string DB HC tackle on Larry Fitz... Stupid suggestion... Hey, let's get a play where you can make one of your linemen go low on a guy, and have another taking him high trying to break his legs like the Ravens... Hey, lets have coaches who may randomly run out onto the feild and tackle a player who has daylight to the end zone... Better yet, lets have team driven penalty plays, like the Ravens, or better yet, if you're playing in snow, we could get the Pats a snow plow... These things are not in the spirit of the game and as such do nothing to add to the game over all...
