Ian has talked about separating the hardcore sim guys from the casual people by difficulty many times. Much of what made up Madden to this date will remain on Rookie and Pro modes.

I know there are people here whining about that, "It should be sim everywhere", and I get that sentiment, but whatever happened to putting a premium on "options"? What sim player worth his salt plays below All Pro?

Besides, I have a 6 year old son who's excited for the game, and he likes just tapping "A" over and over and completing passes over the middle to Vernon Davis. He's 6, let him play.
