The footage on Fallon's show was better. Much of the footage in the sizzle trailer looked too disjointed and didn't flow well. Actual gameplay looked better
encouraging:
- the incomplete pass by Fallon. Not sure what they rated him, but was nice to see his accuracy off. Nothing odd that stuck out about the ball trajectory as in the past
- like the old school playcall interface
- QB drops look better than previous next gen efforts
- blocking looks more cohesive. ol/dl interaction looked better than the trailer
- presentation approach seems last gen-ish
discouraging:
- By that same token of the incomplete pass, when they were backstage Fallon hit an accurate deep pass seemingly off his back foot
- not many signs of individuality/lack of signature style
- not a fan of cutscenes
- players still seem far too agile/lack the need to plant appropriately to change directions
- seems offense/defense still don't form huddles
