So once again you can still steal , hit and run with L2 or other controls with auto baserunning On after the patch honest
That's good to hear...I thought it was a feature this year, and then it comes up as being a potential bug...

After reading 23 pages i think a few questions need to be addressed by the Devs.

      1) Will any prepatch RTTS save that didn't have the crash happen yet eventually crash? IE do we have to start one after the patch to make sure we don't have this issue.

      2) I have now seen a few people posting crashes in franchise mode post patch. At least one of these was using a prepatch roster. To avoid any crashes do we need to use a post patch roster? and to be safe start the franchise post patch?

I am all set to use Knights roster but if people are having crashes during the season- i'll just use the new scea ones

The Reply bug may still be there unless you start a new franchise.

I just smaked a solo shot with Yukilis and went to save and what do you know, frezze.

        Homo.

No i ment it was homo that that happened.

Also your starters seem to get really tired real quick, Beckett only went 5 innings and was fully out of energy.

You can use them in any way, shape or form....You can use them in season, in practice, in franchise. You can use them for exhibition, for quick games for RTTS.
You can play them in your sweat pants...your skivvies.......in the suit that God gave you while drinking a mint julip and eating grapes.
Holy heck what would you guys do in a real emergency!!

I can't believe I actually feel bad like somehow all this added pressure on SCEA is caused by me. I cannot however start these rosters over again just to rid them of the stat glitch. Just can't do it.
                Sorry.

I understand that now but you have to understand that Russell came out and labeled them as contaminated and I took him literally and started thinking that the pre-patch rosters were dead and gone. Then I started reading replies saying that their franchises were crashing and the theme was that people were using pre-patch rosters either from you or ridin so that added to it. At no point did Russell clarify or explain so it was left up to interpretation and thats what I did but at the same time I asked questions trying to get clarification and now that I have Im not nearly as worried as I was previously.

I dont expect you to redo the rosters, hell Im using the very first rosters you released because I was so impatient, so dont think Im asking, expecting or assuming you are going to. In the end you didnt put any pressure on SCEA, they put it on themselves for having these problems in the game in the first place, you had nothing to do with it. This is a great game, and most of the glitches that were fixed didnt even bother me anyways, so dont take my comment the wrong way and assume Im bagging on SCEA because I dislike them or the game as that isnt the case at all.

Which will default the lineup if you want to play with your edited lineup you must use the two controller work around.
So I take it that there was no "real" way to fix the CPU roster issue because I don't remember this being an issue last year?

Well for me it was because it states for auto baserunning, which...

                    A. Auto Baserunning for the CPU seems like the only option, I dont make baserunning decisions for the CPU ever.

                    B. If its talking about Auto for us then that is controlled by the CPU to a degree since Im not controlling it so thats where the mention of CPU somewhat dirties the water a little.

In the end if it works then it works but since you posed the question I wanted to take a moment to answer why I came to the conclusion I came to atleast.

This has always been a problem, in my opinion. I play in MO mode, and the stamina trend that I see in this mode is that no starter will ever pitch into the 8th inning, and rarely into the 7th. It's just not possible. Volquez was almost out of energy at 80 pitches. Something is not right about starter stamina. Therefore, it's my opinion that the stamina slider needs to be increased several clicks, though you will not find many, if any, slider sets that include this adjustment. To each his own I guess, but my top 2 or 3 guys should be able to pitch 110 pitches if they are pitching well. At least in MO mode, this will never happen.
                      It's only a video game.

Who are you talking to exactly? Do the rosters yourself if it isnt going to take that long as you put it.
