If those are the final team ratings than changing those is a must. I'm not a Kansas supporter but C OVR, B- OFF, D DEF is pretty darn harsh for the #25 team.

Everybody has already pointed out the ridiculous FSU stuff.

I believe Ive read/heard that ratings are one of the last things put into the game. so I'm guessing those are not going to be the final ratings. but who knows(except EA).

I know, but the 3rd video might have some hope if you look at the 3:11 mark in the last video you can see (even though it is a pause menu) there seems to be a duskishness to the sky with some pink and purple in there. Making it look different from the earliers shots of the sky.

This could be due to the dimming of the background with the pause menu up on the screen, but my wishful thinking says progressive lighting. Even though I don't usually have wishful thinking in these situations.

Edit: I believe 3:35 of that video to be an even better example, and the pause menu is gone!

So look at the cloudless sky and everything going on in the :55 mark of that last video and then look at the 3:35 mark. It totally looks different to me!

the shadows don't seem to have moved that much, but it could be how the sun is to that stadium. I'm unfamiliar with the way the shadows are cast on FSU's stadium between 12:30pm and 3pm or so. so it could be right.

I hate taking screens from off-screen videos. they always turn up blurry.

they moved the uniform select to the "Y"("/_\" for PS3) button. well, we know why, they added the uniform model guy to show what uniform you have selected. but it's nice to see the option actually there.

you can see a pocket forming here, the RE of FSU is trying to get around the edge of the LT. Ben was controlling the LE and tried to get around the RT, but couldn't and got shoved off.



Ben must have wanted to kill himself at the end of the game, he couldn't skip through the "play of the game".

Man I sound like a broken record here but do you think that FORMATION SUBS may be hiding in the LT (GAMEPLAN) screen? I can't see any evidens of FORMATION SUBS which makes me think they didn't make it... BUT... when I ask OMT or Russ they don't answer the question and Greg does his usual "we want to get that feature back at some point." The NCAA Strat guys have said they are not allowed to comment....???...???

formation subs could be in the menus like last-gen(if i remember correctly?) and not in the play call screen. at least I hope.

That is what I am talking about! Thanks for the screen comparison solidice. And now, the shadows don't move at all, and in fact they may not, but if the lighting is dynamic then that is huge to me!!!

Next we just need to work on the weather. In the meantime a confirmation would be nice EA... hint hint.

Players can still cut on a dime regardless of agility it seems. The FS he was controlling on the punt return was turning at 90 degree angles without planting a foot or anything. I don't know how I feel about that.

Great find Ajr! Are these the first gameplay videos that have been released?

The QB pocket looked pretty good when UF was inside the FSU 10.

We also found out why FSU is overrated in the game every year. It seems that Haumiller is an FSU guy.

Last year overrated ratings wise for sure... this year ranked #20 by EA sounds about right. Yes, EA loves FSU and there are FSU people on staff, heck the headquarters is in Orlando... so many FSU alumni in the area.

I bet we see a more realistic rating for FSU... low to mid 80's for Off and Def.

Sun positioning and shadows look about right for Doak... Noon sun is usually hitting the entire stadium... as the day progresses the shadows start on the FSU sideline working their way out.

If they weren't in I think they would have confirmed them. Right now I would guess they are in but it's in an upcoming blog and the NDA is preventing CL guys from talking about it.

if the lighting is dynamic, shouldn't the shadows move? How can it get darker and not have shadows move?

Why does the game stutter during gameplay?? Anyone know if this will be fixed? At the 1:41, 2:24, and 2:53 marks. Also, the FG net with a huge EA logo on it looks pretty tacky.
