Same, especially if the CPU recruits slow QBs to the schools that use these playbooks.Comment

Re: NCAA Football 10 Blog: The Rebirth of the Flexbone Offense
Did anyone else notice in the videos that the players seemed to move a lot faster than previous versions? I don't know if this has been brought up yet, but it seems that the player speed seems closer to real life.Hates exclusive licenses...

Re: PLAYBOOK BLOG IS UP!!!!
I guess I came in expecting to not be impressed but this just isnt doing anything for me. I am frustrated by the difference in quality Madden blog posts and the NCAA blog posts. I still feel the old gen option looks just as good as this though Im hoping that when a defense is out there it will look much better.
It is only May so I am hoping they are just holding back info but it seems to me that there really arent any big improvements being made to gameplay. If oline dline play isnt much better then I will probably just pass on NCAA and wait for Madden where it will have more polished gameplay.Comment

Re: NCAA Football 10 Blog: The Rebirth of the Flexbone Offense
Sorry, but I hate the idea of custom playbooks for offense. Can u imagine facing the flexbone, shotgun, wildcat and gator heavy all in the same offense. That's waaay too many schemes into 1 playbook. If they do implement it I hope it forces you too pick a generic offensive scheme limits the type plays you can use. Lately I've been playing with Navy, GT and texas a&m running the triple option killing high ranked players who choose to pick 95 and up teams. I love running the triple option, but this blog is no where near as good as pocket forming and teambilding blogs. I thought the blogs were supposed to get better as we became closer to the realease?!?!?!?Comment

Re: NCAA Football 10 Blog: The Rebirth of the Flexbone Offense
I love them updating it but it definitely should not have been a priority. Flexbone accounts for what 2.3% of all real life NCAA plays in any given season? Playbook wise flexbone should near the bottom of the list.PSN:RAZCAN

Re: PLAYBOOK BLOG IS UP!!!!
I plan on converting Nebraska back to a flexbone/option offense. I always tried to in the past but the option hasn't been fun this gen for me. So I liked this blog.

Re: NCAA Football 10 Blog: The Rebirth of the Flexbone Offense
I agree 100% until GT hit the scene last year this part of football seemed outdated. This should not have had its own blog.IMO I know this guy works really hard and deserves his shine, but what's next defensive playbooks and Uf get their own blog.Comment

Re: NCAA Football 10 Blog: The Rebirth of the Flexbone Offense
Yeah, I agree. I certainly liked what I saw in the blog, but it did strike me that there were certainly more pressing concerns with the playbooks. I would have liked to have seen the attention they obviously devoted to the flexbone to be devoted to other more commonlt used parts of the playbooks.Comment

Re: NCAA Football 10 Blog: The Rebirth of the Flexbone Offense
When Urban Meyer went to Florida NCAA completely focused on revamping that PB and it was cool, but when Paul Johnson get's a similar upgrade it's not a priority? I'm a little shocked at the flexbone hate.Comment

Re: NCAA Football 10 Blog: The Rebirth of the Flexbone Offense
I'm glad they updated the flexbone. I might try to play a dynasty with either Army/Navy/Air Force now. I think Army is the only one I've never played with, so I might go with them.Comment
