BIO: A relatively soft tossing righty origianlly from Eastern Europe/Scandanavia (country is up to you Finland/Yugoslavia/etc.etc.). He made his first start in the majors at 19, though struggled early in his career. After a few trades and minor league sendowns he found his stride with X team where he has been for 10 years. A grizzled veteran with a masterful grasp of English and a combination of witiness and intelligence on the mound, he has been an above average pitcher for a decade. Now he finds his velocity slipping while his other skills improve. A player with top skills in his native land and early in his career, can he cope with a loss in velocity and the incredibly young team around him?
