Invalid Rosters

I did some roster updates for the Red Sox and it says the 40 man roster is invalid. Everything else is fine so I don't understand why the 40 man roster is invalid. Any help?

I believe you need to take a player off the 40-man roster so everything balances out. You can scroll right and find the players who are still on the 40, and who are not. There are several columns in that screen in team management and the 40-man column is there if you scroll to the right.

You could also use the square button...but it's going to do what it sees fit.
But if things are so out of whack that you can't figure it out...the square button will put it in working order for you to at least start over again.

No, they are replaced with editable fake players.

Okay that's good. But I actually have one more question. I'm trying to move Darren O'Day from the Mets to the Rangers, but I can't do it without sending someone to the Mets. Is there any way around this?

Isnt there a button you can push where it will highlight something in red and tells you whats wrong with the roster? I seem to remember someone talking about it when the game came out but i cannot remember what it was.

The square button will show you how many players at each level and each position(don't forget...you MUST have at least 10 pitchcers at each level)...but it doesn't show you 40 man status.
