Re: NCAA Football 10 Game-Play Round Up
hey russell...
excellent to see that you guys are adding new improvements to gameplay.
i would like to know why aren't you guys adding new art (as in current helmets) to the game that have been in the "real game" for four years now? i think you guys know which ones I'm referring to, considering that you have pictures of actual football players (your front cover of briank orakpo) wearing a helmet that has never been put in the game. this particular helmet has been in college football for four years now. there are some of us loyal fans that love to see new (AND ACCURATE) equipment and detail on the player models themselves (kudos to madden for finally adding towels, handwarmers and short sleeve undershirts). you added the tebow mask last year (but why only one, i do not know). i expected this would be a precursor for the additional helmets you would add this year. yet, every video and picture i've seen so far shows no changes or improvements. there are consistent videos showing the QB for utah wearing a helmet that ONLY, ONLYY a running back or defensive player would wear. you put the same helmet on the starting QB for penn state last year. it just becomes a bit annoying to not have the latest equipment and inaccurate equipment at that.
what does it take to get an art team to draw out the designs, and then have a graphics team ADD them in the game? a week, two weeks, a month? i love the create a team, but WHAT ABOUT THE HELMETS??? A selection of 25 to choose from (that have been the same 25 for 4 years).
to help you guys out, you can find pictures of the ENTIRE FLORIDA FOOTBALL TEAM in both spring practice and actual football games. you'll find that you have NONE of the helmets in the actual game (with the exception of the tebow mask, and a couple lineman masks). please add the percy harvin, the new brandon spikes helmet....AT LEAST THOSE....add the riddell rev speeds and IQs please....pleaseeee.
i know i'm not the only one complaining about this. i see people asking for this for the longest, but never a response from you guys. what's the deal? here's a link.Comment

Re: NCAA Football 10 Game-Play Round Up
Until there is some talk about better CPU playcalling, execution and running I will not be convinced the gameplay is better. So many times in 09 the only time the CPU would score is if they returned Ints for TDs. The CPU offense is 09 was horrible and there has been only passing mention of offense being much better in 2010.Comment

Honestly, I never understood when people say the CPU has no offense. Its all about the UComment

Re: NCAA Football 10 Game-Play Round Up
It was the total opposite for me, the CPU offense was unstoppable when it wanted to be. I could take USC and shut down FCS Southeast the entire game, but on the last drive it would robo-QB its way down the field and score. Their 72 rated receiver would catch a drag with the 95 rated corner 2-3 steps behind, and when the corner caught him, he would do the greased pig animation. Their receivers would hold their blocks on my linebackers and safeties, as the receiver turns up the field and scores 60 yards later. And thats only if he doesn't feel like hurdling someone before he gets there.
