Yea, this is exactly what I felt as well! Madden pisses me off in this area. It always seems like you only have 1 millisecond to examine the field before everything collapses into a mess in front of you. And it doesn't seem to be fixed with the slower gameplay. I'm not asking for the running play to develop holes EVERY time, but I just want the blocking to be more logical so I can sift through the line with more precision. It would also be nice if your RB extended his arm to an OL/FB in front of him so you could be guided through the mess (not this play, but in other plays). Right now it looks like the same old suction blocking that apex was talking about earlier year. I honestly wasn't expecting it to be fixed (because it was so horrific to start out with), but it would have been nice if it looked better.

There was actually a decent hole to the right with a free blocker that Ian could have followed but he didn't. Probably too distracted trying to get the dude's attention .
