Except EA doesn't act like having USER PICK etc. popping up on the screen is some groundbreaking mode that everyone is going to be excited about.... this is such a waste.

If that crap pops up every time I play a game regardless of mode this year may be my shortest stint with NCAA ever! I am already committed to basically renting the game simply for the draft classes and to waste time until the real football game comes out.. Madden 10 (this will be the first time in 7 years that I have purchased Madden!)

it still does not change the fact that it has been in the game for years now EA gives it a name and holy hell the crying starts..... p.s to the guy who said the should have put in the 9 man tackles 1) they are still tuning that they don't have time and 2) the guy who work on stats is not same person who does animations...

Seems like EA has improved Madden, NHL, Fifa, and FN waaaaaaaaaaaaay more than they have improved NCAA.

NCAA has been a bunch of gimmicks (mascot games, SS) on the next gen systems. My excitement level for this game is decreasing with each new blog talking about the craptastic SS. Looking more and more like NCAA10 will be a rental for me.

Should we start a fund to entice Ian to head the development of the NCAA series?

I think Madden and NCAA are just headed in 2 different directions. Madden is appearing to be catering towards the more sim/hardcore crowd while NCAA appears to be aiming at the more casual crowd. This is evident in how much time the Madden team has spent on small details like equipment and the like. Things most hardcore ppl would notice but stuff the casual player wouldn't think twice about. Unless I'm wrong and the NCAA team has been keeping all those small details to themselves, it looks as tho we are getting a less sim/hardcore experience with NCAA 2010

I gotta add my 2 cents in here, It seems to me most of us on here i serious cfb fans and this game seems aimed at your casuel fan? Hopefully with what they see and read the gimmicks will stop and they need to concentrate more on gameplay, graphics and presentation, plus work on the bugs and glitches. Right now i doubt i purchise this game but i'll see what everyone has to say. Madden on the other hand, will get my money but right now all i can say is NCAA= GIMMICKS=SAD!
