    I think if not over done cut scenes help with the flow of the game, making it seem more like the actual game then video game.

      I know I'm late on this but i gotta disagree. I love when I see a nice pitch come right down the middle, swing, then the camera zoomz out to show the player just watch it soar. In MLB the Show only sure home runs do the zoom back thing for my experience, and sometimes hitters just know when they really got behind one. I've also hasd several situations when all runners were hauling *** only to have the ball barely clear the wall, or where I think i drilled one for sure and it bangs off the wall and I get held to a single or double for lookin at the ball instead of sprinting the bases.
