No, man, let 'em go. This is what brought us this far. Maybe not being insulting about it like some have, but for the most part, it's the criticism that helps them prioritize what they are going to be tuning for the next month.

It has nothing to do with 2k and you know it. All the other EA Franchises are flourishing and getting better over the years, but not Madden. They have a great Soccer, Hockey, Golf, experience, and the bball and boxing are only getting better and fast.

What is wrong with the football?

Football is different than all of those other sports. There are some things that you can do in NBA Live that you can't do in Madden. There are limitations. You haven't played or heard all of the features yet to be revealed about Madden 10, but you already hate it.

Yeah it is. Sorry just started looking at this thing.

The pass at 1:08 looks like one of those money plays I didn't expect to see this year. Hopefully, it is just on that difficulty level.

A flag route with one-on-one coverage is often a "money play" in the NFL.

Safety got beat to the corner and Romo threw a nice ball, doesn't seem very cheesy to me.

What's the deal with all of the black screens during the fumble and post TD celebration? Jesus......is that really the solution they've come up with?

I feel like all of that should be shot from camera view the player is using, and that the close-ups for celebrations, or the ref pointing to who has possession, should all transition seamlessly.

A next gen football EA basher that is. What is wrong with that? Why can they make a great soccer, hockey, and boxing game, but they cant make there biggest franchise with exclusive rights play anything close to the real thing?

The problem is I think they got the gameplay down on the PS2 so I know this game can be way better than what I see. Right now the only way I would buy thisis if I got a PS2 version I can play on my PS3 so I got a fallback. If E3 comes and all the defensive adjustments that are in ps2 are left out again, im officially retiring from nexgen football games.

It's seems like that's all you do with your time. We are supposed to be helping the Madden team improve, but instead you decide to bash them. There is no more ESPN NFL 2k5! Move on! EA Sports will have the NFL license for a while and there's nothing you can do to change that. If you continue to bash the Madden team, it won't do anything. If you try to help them, it will improve their products.

He's referring to the crossing route Jeremy Maclin ran untouched then stretched out to a 15 yard gain.


Actually a wide open crossing route with poor pursuit is exactly like the Cowboys defense :o, +1 realism!

Watched the vid.

What has me worried is if the players will actually have good run speed, and momentum. Didn't see the running game in the vid. And in the New Running Animation vid we all saw that that guy was basically jogging.

I liked the presentation, graphics, Crayton's TD catch, and the TD celebrations

I was ok with the animations

I disliked the generic commentary, Mclins running sytle, the lack of leaning, and the kicking meter, its still the same.

oh please you guys would be content with whatever. even if it was garbage youd find some way to defend it. i just dont see how much more different it will be than it is right now. they probably wont tweak it as much as it needs to be cause people wont care. theyll buy it cause they get their presentation which will get old, than you get stuck with hyped up same old gameplay.
