Re: New pass rushing video (in practice mode)
I think the pocket collaspses just a little too quickly now...Blitz pick up by the RB is an issue too. The AI on RB pass blocking seems to need tweaking. There were a couple of obvious situations where the back should have picked up a free d-lineman but he let him go right by him.
It also seemed that once a d-lineman came free, no longer could the QB step up to re-set up a block. Once a guy was free, play was over.
Also, as alluded to with the RB pick up, if this is a zone-blocking technque you are using then perhaps the rest of the o-line should pick up freed defenders a little better as well.Click here to read my dynasty report:

Re: New pass rushing video (in practice mode)
Night and day difference. Wow.
Out of curiousity, how do the ratings of the Bills offensive line compare to that of the Ravens' front four? Is this a large gap in talent we're looking at, or the rush on a typical no-blitz passing play?Last edited by Hooe; 06-13-2009, 01:52 PM.Comment

Re: New pass rushing video (in practice mode)
The rush gets there so fast because the Bills offensive line is garbage!
Looks amazing though great jobComment

Re: New pass rushing video (in practice mode)
Thanks for the video, Ian. My only question is, is there a balance in the pass rush? The rush looks great, but almost every snap the pocket got destroyed, will there be any snaps where a good O-line holds up for longer? Will ratings truly come into play now on the OL/DL?
Thanks!Comment
