Dawkins fans should be happy he even has 85 speed. I think the ratings are greatly Improved. I don't know if anyone mentioned it but it would be pretty cool if the did like a live365 roster update like they do on live 09 maybe in 2012.

I don't even care about the ratings ea puts out. As soon as I get the game I go to rosters and make em all right...

what is the difference? EA put out a roster update every week for Madden 09. Football is only played once a week.

Fujita at 68 ovr..way off, and dan morgan isnt even playing anymore he retired. Also Porter is probably the Saints best CB, not Jenkins who hasnt played an NFL game yet.

As a Saints fan, I think that the ratings for the O-line are pretty fair. If a rating in the 70s indicates an average NFL starter, yeah, I can dig it.

If anything, Brown is probably rated a bit too high and Evans a bit too low. Other than that, Stichcomb is a Solid if not unspectacular RT and Goodwin is a journeyman center who should be a backup. Nicks played really well for a rookie, but he still needs to put some skins on the wall... he has good potential though. I've seen them get their butts handed to them far too often for my liking against more physical defenses.

Drew Brees really makes the line look a lot better than it is.

now I joke about how 49ers QB Shaun Hill should have a 90 rating half way through the season.....but seriously he really is a good QB and last season showed that against various playoff teams. In the final 8 games as a starter he had an average QB rating of 87.5.

and in on stretch of 4 games he had a

142.3 against the Rams (I know, I know)
                    100.9 against the Cowboys....at Dallas
96.5 against the Bills at Buffalo....a week after they Destroyed the Chiefs 55 to 30. (losing that game against us really F'up their playoff hopes)
98.8 against the Jets.....who needed that win bad to keep their playoff hopes alive

there were two other games where he had 102.3 and a 91.7 rating...... overall in 8 games as a starter he threw for 13tds and 8ints for 2,046 yards....and also ran for 2tds as well...

but he ends up with a worse rating than last year on Madden....and has 69 overall rating this year....so far..... not even in the 70s...let alone high 70s low 80s where he should start off until he starts getting noticed again.....but a 69.

I won't even talk about what they did to our defense....even though they played great in the second half of the season, after we Fired that Idiot Nolan.....but its cool we'll see when the season starts.

there is also a small mistake... R. Jean-Francois is not an Olineman...he is our Dtackle.

Whats up with that? Also 22nd in running the ball. 23 sacks given up which is pretty good i suppose. I do remember them getting better as the year went on, but i remember the bears goalline stand and against the giants the first game. Who knows how many other times.

                        Oh and just some information
Peters who is 95 overall, if he's the guy from buffalo i'm thinkin of, gave up 11.5 sacks last year.
Leonard Weaver though, ******* that's a hell of a pickup, i didn't even hear about that one.
uhh, almost none of those guys on the list started for the eagles last year. and peters had an off year.

One thing that really bothers me.

Derrick Harvey, 8th overall pick in last years draft.....how does he drop all the way down to a 68. He is rated lower then some late rounders this year. Sure he didn't play great last year but he was solid and he really got better as the season went on.

No love for Randall Gay or Jabari Greer? Greer may be a bit unproven but was a top 15 corner last season and Gay has been pretty decent for a while now. I didn't think about it before but on paper New Orleans has probably one of the best group of corner backs in the league

                                LCB Randall Gay

Mmm Shaun Hill is widely underrated; despite being completely unproven I'd still rate him at around Kerry Collins' level, I mean even Captain Neck beard (Kyle Orton) is a 74.
