I can't wait to see those threads. I am all for complaining about something, but some people go overboard with it.

Yea I don't mind the constructive criticism, but its also the way some people come off in their posts. They don't now how to come across in their posts without sounding like douche bags. The nit picking will reach an all time high, along with the "This isn't the final game!!!!!!" posts.

The Demo will most likely be available for everyone in August anyway - just like it always is for Madden games.

If one person gets it than everyone does. All they do is take the demo, rip the content, put it on Zshare and EVERYONE can download the file to the compute, burn it to a dvd & pop it into your Xbox.

No mods, hacks or anything.... Just a little googling and this process takes less than 10 mins to do

Because you have to pre-order the game, and put down at least $5 for it, rather than EA just making the demo publicly available without needing to put down a deposit and pre-order the game.

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order, but thats a hassle for some people, and EA and Gamestop know this

Give me one good reason why they cannot just give out the demo with no strings attached?

One good reason: They can guarantee more money. I'm sure Gamestop paid EA some good money to make this demo exclusive. Just more money all the way around. I'm sure they are thinking it won't bother the hardcore Madden fans because they plan on getting the game anyway.

Well, you're still going to pay the same price and I am sure the demo will be available to everyone before release date. this is for those who want it earlier. I don't see the problem.

Demo will be out for PSN/XBL users 2 weeks after the gamestop promo.....Most likely.

Same here. This is a new ploy by EBGames/Gamestop. It's just a better way to boost revenue

You are 100 % right. Game stop want you to per order with them so you can get the demo early, then in august you can stand in line for hours with a bunch of dummies waiting for your copy of madden. I made this mistake last year and won't do it again. I am to old to be standing in line with young kids to get a video game, when I could have just went to wal-mart at 12 that same night and picked it up with no lines and no per orders, I know I'll go to wal-mart this year.
