Sometimes when I read forums I am reminded of why I will never again take a job where I have to deal with the general public.


1st post: A is red, B is green, and eventually C will be red too.

5 posts later: What about B?!?!?!?!

8 posts later: I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS.... A IS GREEN!! FAILURE!!

10 posts later: Why is the sky blue and what is the square root of pie?

15 posts later: I know they mentioned A and B, but what about C damnit!!

17 posts later: First of all the sky is a combination of 6 colors! Awesome news with A, B, and C, but let's talk about X, Y, and Z.

i assume the ea locker roster on release date is going to be the same as the patched roster. i also assume a patch is the only way to input a default roster file for everyone because you wouldnt be able to have a default roster without names and a roster with names and combine the two. this has been said already, but it does prevent anyone from editing the roster prior to release date, unless they plan on just creating any differences there are between the two rosters. i wonder if there would be a conflict between a pre release edited roster and the patch. im not asking for that to be answered, because i understand ea's positon has to be there shouldnt be any roster editing prior to the official release date anyway.

I stand corrected, since I really thought this whole roster mess was resulting from the Sam Keller lawsuit.

With that said, I'll bet Keller and his attorney will love this development. I still don't know how EA Legal signs off on this. I guess they don't really have a choice...go forward with the accurate rosters and face legal liability, or release the game with whacked rosters and watch their sales numbers take a dive.

Pasta had the hook up last year from an anonymous source (which happened to have the ability to type symbol characters). Here's hoping that source comes through again.

Or the 360 guys. We ended needing rosters from scratch, anyway.

I'm actually wondering if an early version TeamBuilder from last year was used to name those rosters, with the ability to generate a roster file from it. It would explain the special characters....

Still not working. There is a space for the video but it's just grey, no video, no video box, nothing.
