possibly the guys that have no number next to their positions are redshirts. also, you pick redshirts after starting a dynasty.

I believe he is referring to the ability to designate class with redshirt. For instance, this guy is a redshirt freshman, or this guy is a redshirt junior. And no, they are not in there. You can only designate players by class of freshman through senior.

Another oversight I guess. But then again most teambuilder rosters don't have freshman so who are you going to redshirt?

You can change the player's year in teambuilder as well.
