TeamBuilder Ratings--Interesting???

just checking out Teambuilder and some of the player's ratings..on West Virginia Freshmen QB #8 (Eugene Smith) has 95 break tackle, 97 juke move, and 95 ballcarrier vision..not to mention 87 speed and 90 acceleration. Does anybody else think this is a mistake? If EA intended this Smith is a better runner than some of the best running backs in the game..just thought this was interesting

Those are all ratings given by the person who created them, not EA. I could go make WVU and make Eugene the worst player if i wanted to.

No...its the default player ratings when you are making a team and can select WVU as a roster to go from when making a team. The ratings he has are not on someone's created team.

Wow, nice catch. I can't believe i didn't see that when looking him over.

Too bad he just recently broke his foot and will be missing 6-8 weeks.

Actually now that i look. he has an injury rating of 70. They seem to have gotten that right. haha. Also with all those insanely good running stats his trucking rating is 35

No...its the default player ratings when you are making a team and can select WVU as a roster to go from when making a team. The ratings he has are not on someone's created team.

Are u positive that is Eugene Smith? I think #8 is Coley White and Eugene is #19.

I thought it was supposed to be that way because i remember seeing Coley listed as #8 before. The thing is if Coley is #8 and Smith is #19 then they got their weights backwards on Team Builder, which is a high possibility. Also you can't see Redshirts on there either so that adds to the confusion on what exactly the mistake is.

Yea now that i look at it more i'd say that they have Coley as #8 but with Eugene's Weight and Eugene as #19 with Coley's weight. I can see them putting the insane running stats on Pat's little brother more so than on Eugene.

well I can tell you now that all of the team builder rosters are screwed up...it was kind of a big deal im surprised you didn't hear...

Wow i hope that will be corrected cause if you switched him to RB he would prolly be one of if not the top RB in the game!

don`t lie yourself.
EA will add some freshman, make a few tweaks here and there, but those rosters are 80% of what we are going to get on "final fixed rosters".

Rememeber what i`m saying.

with 87 speed it may be hard to really blow up the world with that guy, and if he has a 35 injury then it maybe hard to be a grinder... but yes that is jacked up

NCaa 09 has Coley White as #19...so i would assume that #19 is Coley White on NCAA 10..and #8 is Eugene Smith..interesting on the trucking rating..didnt think to look at that. Needless to say i will be playing with WVU in my online dynasty with some friends...we are all bama fans and non of use them cuz we all have offline ones with bama..i call WVU officially..lol
