How am I supposed to take a review like this seriously? The very first thing it mentions is that when you play a rivalry game, the announcers will mention it. I mean, is this a review of NCAA 05, or whenever this was a fresh new feature? If anything we have gone backwards in that department, I seem to remember guys rushing the field in last gen proudly displaying the trophies won during rivalry games, unless I am unaware that is still not in the game yet. I swear 90% of the reviews of sports games spend about one paragraph talking about the gameplay, the rest of time simply describing whatever is on the list of bullet points that constitute the new stuff this year. -

actually, this reviewer seemed to know a thing or 2 about football, and, while he spent most of the time talking about weather effects in the BYB, he did touch on other aspects of the gameplay.Comment

TeamXbox has never been a credible source for me in getting reviews for games. I don't have the game yet but this review looks horrible, and I know their TW10 review was pretty bad as well. I wouldn't take this too seriously.Comment

This review is a joke. Are they seriously putting this game on the same level as some of the greatest sports games ever released? All I had to do is scroll to their score, laugh, and click the nice little X on the right upper hand corner of my browser. What a joke.Comment

This thread has become a joke. Can you all step off your gaming thrones for a second and calm down. You don't even have the game yourselves probably, and last time I checked, not everyone will agree with your almighty opinions.
Though, some of their review is obviously biased, they do take note of nuances and things which may be annoying. Teamxbox is very reliable in my opinion and in all honesty IGN, Gamespot etc, have been known to be wrong as well. Get off your high horses people. I do not have the game myself, so I cannot agree totally with what they are saying, but it is nice to see more positive impressions coming in. Add in some default rosters and some sliders to be patched and I can't see much wrong over an upgrade to NCAA 09.
