used the code on the back of the instruction manual. is this the correct code?

Same thing happened to me. Then I went to type it back in and it told me the code had already been used. Not sure what to do now.

did you capitalize and use dashes. if not it probably messed it up.

I did as well. Did anyone manage to figure anything out? I feel like we're in the minority here as not many people seem to be having problems with it. I can't find any info anywhere as to what the problem is.

I have been in the same boat since last week, see my original post about getting screwed over. I knew I was not going to be the only one with this problem. This is getting to be ridiculous, rosters, teambuilder, sliders all screwed up.

Same as you do the letter/numbers..... it's up by the right of numbers I believe...
So far the teambuilder stuff has worked great for me.. thankfully.

I see a lot of posts about people having problems with entering the TB code. I've also seen people who made a mistake and then when they entered it correctly were told that the code had already been used so I'm worried about entering mine.

Before doing it, I'd like to know if this is what I'd do:
Enter the TB code from the manual, using the correct case and entering all hyphens in the "box code" section.
Then enter the gamestop code again with the hyphens in the "presale" section.

Then, if this all works out, how do I save it so that I have all of my slots when I turn my game off and then back on again. I read about someone who got the slots, but they disappeared when he turned off his game and then he couldn't enter his code again because it had already been used.

I don't think there is a "save" at the end. Once it is entered it's tied to your GT I believe.

Also yes on what you said as instructions.

I also forgot to enter hyphens and it did NOT say invalid code. It just wouldn't let me hit the enter key. Once I seen I forget the hyphens and entered them it was all good.
It's no different than when entering DLC codes...
