I would go with a mixture of scout.com team sites for the whole roster. Rivals.com team sites for the depth charts (some are old). Rivals or scout also have the incoming freshman under the 2009 commitment section.

The easiest way tho is to go buy a copy of a season preview magazine i.e. Phil Steel or something. Those magazines have depth charts, incoming freshman etc.
