The entire "TeamBuilder" game mode should have been part of the game, not where you have to enter a code to play the mode. I am still trying to figure out what they were trying to accomplish by having people enter a code. They could still offer extra slots by entering a code but its like we bought the game, why make it so hard to be able to play a "NEW" game mode.
