I don't believe so. If you are renting it from like Blockbuster they might have the instruction manual out on the shelf and you could try to get the code on it. But other than that you are out of luck unless you want to pay $10 for 120 slots thru downloadable content.

I am in the same boat as you. I got my game from gamefly and wasnt planning on buying the game unless it was worth it. But I still want to play teambuilder, so I am either forced to buy it or to pay $10 for 120 slots.
