    baumy300's NCAA 10 Pre-Patch sliders (AA)

What I did was revert back the 09 sliders that AuburnAlumni posted from their online dynasty last year. Those sliders gave me a great game of football for almost a solid year, so therefore I input those settings in this years game and used them as a base to build off of.

I made some tweaks to the original set so that they transfer into NCAA 10 a little better, but so far after 3 solid games, here is what I have:

    ==================================

So far I'm having above-average play with these. I have only used them in 3 games, so I can't say that I've tested the you-know-what out of these, but I feel content with them.

Let me know what you think and what improvements could/should be done.

[/B]I just played a game with these and they were pretty good. Def better than default AA or default Heisman.

T.O.P. difference mainly because of Chew Clock being on. Overall it was a very tough game for me to pull out.

That game looks pretty decent man. Crazy about the 3rd down % though!

How many sacks did you get?

Is anyone getting sacks w/ these? Gameplay wise, the QB having 5 min to throw the ball is the only thing that annoys me.

I tested these out. Here are my results from the first game:

Houston 28, Texas State (me) 18

I threw 5 INTs, 2 of which were my fault, the others were off tips or passes that should not have been intercepted.

I took a 10-0 lead early in the 2nd quarter only to surrender 21 points in stunning fashion to close out the first half. I got into the endzone early in the 4th quarter and successfully completed the 2 point conversion to cut it to 21-18, but Houston managed to punch one in with 1:30 to go to end my hopes.

          Houston stats:
          Passing: 16-26 2 TDs 158 yds
          Rushing: 21 att 84 yds 2 TDs
          Total Offense: 242 yds
          First Downs: 11
          3rd Downs: 2-8 (25%)
          Turnovers: 2 (1 fumble, 1 INT)
          Time of Possession: 8:30

          Texas State stats:
          Passing: 14-29 1 TD 102 yds
          Rushing: 38 att 194 yds 1 TD
          Total Offense: 296 yds
          First Downs: 16
          3rd Downs: 10-15 (66%) Note: I had a lot of 3rd and short
          Turnovers: 5 (5 INTs)
Time of Possession: 18:59 Note: At one point I had an 18 play, 87 yard drive that spanned 4:49

For me it has been varying. If I am a dominant team against a weaker one, then yes, I get plenty of sacks.

If I am a team that is pretty much even with my opponent, then it's iffy. I blitz, fake blitz, spread the line, press, etc... to try and get sacks. Usually I can pull out at least a minimum of one each game, no matter who I am playing with and against.

Thanks, I asked the wrong question though. I meant is anyone getting consistent pressure on the CPU?

This was the best game I've played. I saw that Cal's run defense was weaked, so I exploited all game. It was close until the CPU's QB threw a pick to seal the deal. My rushing attempts were split between two backs.

The pass rush was terrible for the first half. I had to spread and rush out my offensive line to disrupt their QB. He had 75% rating going into the third, and finished at 54%. I mixed up their assignments depending on what the offense was running. GJ!

I made some changes to both human and cpu catching sliders due to way too many open field drops by decent receivers.

I also went up 10 in human pass blocking due to me being sacked 4 times in the 1st quarter by Rutgers and dealing with an insane amount of pressure (I was South Carolina)

These are the best sliders for the 360 at the moment. I am getting pressure on the QB, but the CPU still has too much time to make a throw. Playing North Texas @ Ball State, will post stats when done.

These are a good starting point. Just played Michigan v Notre Dame(me). I won 40-15, but I had 3 pick 6's. I only had one offensive TD.

                              Michigan / Notre Dame
                              First Downs 11 / 18
                              Total Offense 184 / 372
                              Passing Yards 177 / 302
                              Rushing Yards 7 / 70
                              Sacks 7 / 6
                              3rd Down 7% / 26%
                              Turnovers 3 / 4

Held their impact HB Minor to 2.8 yards per carry.

Of course this is just one game, but I will probably raise both pass blocks to protect the QB's. Lowering my awareness should help with the picks and the cpu run game.

Appreciate the head start with my sliders.
