PICTURES. People are more likely to leave feedback/comment on your team if they do not have to navigate away from the thread.

I'd really appreciate any comments you guys have. I'm interested in seeing other people's teams too. I know there's some great creations out there. (I didn't plan on using this feature at all, but I'm really starting to have fun with it now. I'm really kind of surprised.)
