What has UNC done to deserve a 4 Star? How is UNC a 4 Star, and not say, Clemson? NC State has beaten UNC the last 2 years, and had similar records, both lost bowl games last year, but UNC climbs and NCSU falls? The UNC-HYPE machine at it's best.
