So it's no secret that some smaller retailers release the game early. I anticipate this happening very late July for those that are lucky. When this happens, we often see some level of concern that we will ban folks that are playing the game early. This is 100% not true. Enjoy the fact that you got the game early.

Now that we're gold and done with the game, the team is transitioning to doing the best we can to ensure a smooth launch of Online Franchise. We're doing loads of stress testing simulating thousands of people hitting our servers at the same time. The problem with simulations is that - well - they are simulations. You can't always replicate the real world. That and it's always fun watching our servers go from 0 to 1,000,000 right at midnight on launch day.
Here's my idea. Coordinate a community 'pound the servers' night for all those that get the game early. I'm thinking our first test on 8/10, then maybe a 2nd test on 8/12.
Thoughts? Would you be willing to participate?
