Can't choose a team

I'm from the UK and have always liked NCAA but can never choose a team for dynasty.

Wisconsin would be my number 1 choice but I always feel they're a bit too good and i should choose someone else. What are the Badgers like this year ?

I would prefer to be a smaller team that has a good rivalry and has names on their shirts and a nice stadium (doesn't need to be big)

Any ideas ?

I had the exact same problem in my 4 star or lower online dynasty. Wisconsin is by far the best 4 star avaliable but I agree that they aren't even a challenge. I ended up picking Northwestern. They have a good offensive system, sweet uniforms, and a pretty big rivalry with Illinois. Recruiting isn't great but from what I hear, recruiting stars don't really even matter, every player comes in about the same.

washington state..sweet unis...Apple Cup with washington..they have been down for years now..good team to try and rebuild..get to play some good teams like usc, oregon, cal

imo, its more fun to play with a team that isn't a 4+ star team because you start to learn the mechanics of the game better and you can build better strategies so when you finally get the 5 star guys you want, you can walk up and down the field or shut down the other team with ease. i'm just saying that if i played with florida right off the bat, i would build bad habits because the team is so good.

I would go with Washington or St.

Just out of curiosity, if you are in the UK, how are you able to play the game? I was under the impression they didn't release it in the UK.

Colorado may be a good one to use. They have a great uniforms, a beautiful stadium and the rilvalry with Colorado state.

agreed....I like building them back into what they used to be.

I went with Washington. Pretty good rivalry with Washington State, scenic stadium and a pretty good conference in the Pac-10.

I used Michigan State and went 8 years with them last year. They are a great 3 star team to help build in a tough conference (play OSU, Michigan, PSU)

I also like UNC, but they are now a 4 star and ranked. I stay away from starting with a ranked team.

I think I am going with NCState this year. A 3 star in an average conference. If I don't use a BigTen school, I usually go ACC or MAC.

Would go Stanford, but the whole PAC-10 Schedule bug is a deal breaker.

I thought the games were region encoded until i was just informed that PS3 does not work this way, thats why i asked.
