I did this a lot in 09 but i've noticed that in it doesn't work in 2010. When I snap the ball while the man in motion is near the O line he turns into a blocker instead of running out his route.
I used to send my RB early on his flat route but can't do it anymore cause he'll just become another blocker.
Some people thought this was cheap so maybe EA disabled it.
