    How impoertant is progression

    For me progression is one of the things that killed Madden for me these past few years. Hopefully it works right this year.

      VERY! It's a complete game killer in NCAA 10 right now. If it wasn't for that, I would actually go out and buy NCAA 10, but it's horrid! By year 4, Florida is getting beat by kentucky, fresno st, vandy in the same year! Because those teams have 20+ players at 88+ and their lowest player is a 81!?!? Please don't let Madden be this way, or it will be a game killer just as it is in NCAA. I'm just glad blockbuster bought NCAA, not me.

                  I chose important. I didn't choose very because if it is a minor issue in progression I can overlook it.

                                      For me progression makes it even more fun to play the game. It motivates me to spread the ball more and it keeps the game fresh for me, knowing that this guy who had an 80 ovr will be even more fun to play with after having a good season. Likewise, I'm going to have a ball progressing Alex Smith (69 ovr EEK!)

                                          I agree with everyone. Progression is a big part of what makes the franchise fun. If its screwed up, the franchise will not be fun.
