Just a minor complaint, but what's up with the players constantly adjusting their face masks? I know they do in real life once in a while but it's way overdone in this game. Many of them do it at the exact same time which makes it look even more out of place.

I wish every single play did not have to end with a cut scene where they zoom way in. I think they pro tac and rest of the game play would look much better with the regular camera and no zooms. A cut scene after the play is whistled dead is cool but not right when tackles are happening.

So anyone get a user controlled INT yet? I've been trying but no luck yet.

Has there been any info on what will be fixed in the final version and the patch? Sorry I haven't been online all day, and don't have time to read through tons of pages.

No, there hasn't, and actually at this point I'm a bit concerned.

Hey, I'm impressed initially like everyone else, but there are troubling things you see the more you play. The speed isn't an issue, you get used to it. And you will be able to adjust that anyway and they have said so.

I'm concerned about other things like the collision detection issues when the ball actually travels through my receiver in the endzone instead of him catching it or dropping it. That shouldn't be happening.

Also, I just called a 6 man pinch blitz on All-Madden, and what I see on instant replay is really bad.

Dansby, my best linebacker at 89, awareness 85, comes around the corner totally unblocked in the direction of Roethlisberger. He comes flying around the corner within about 3 yards of him, and I thought Ben was toast. But before I can switch to him, instead of going after Roethlisberger, he does almost a complete circle on his own actually running back towards the line away from Roethlisberger, because he notices Moore has come open out of the backfield.

1) I did not ask Dansby to cover Moore, I told him to blitz!
2) Moore was already at least 10 yards away from Dansby and 7 yards past the line of scrimmage when Dansby decided to start to go after him, while Ben was only 3 yards and half a second from being on his backside.
3) To make things worse, after Dansby almost returns to the line of scrimmage after making almost a complete circle changing his mind and going after Moore, he suddenly reacts like, oh, THAT's the QB, and decides to go after Ben after all.
4) Ben has had enough time now, and throws a 35 yard pass for a TD.

I wish I had the video to show you how bad this looks, (I don't have the means of doing that) but maybe someone can re-create this for themselves by calling 6-man pinch blitzes against offenses with the HB coming out of the backfield and watching what the blitzing linebackers do.

And I keep hearing that the pass rush can be fixed with sliders, but why on earth is a blitzing linebacker going after the HB anyway especially when he's 7 yards away from him and only 3 yards from the QB? If that can be fixed with a slider, I'd be surprised.

Anyway, it's things like this I hope they are aware of. For now, I'm heading back to NCAA 10. Hearing how bad the NCAA demo was, I'm still holding out hope for the retail Madden.

Yezzir! Most times if the demo is not a cut of the actually game its from another build of the game...graphics and gameplay have been different in many games i've played...not just football.

pretty much what in c in the demo is how the game will play its just not enough time to fix it they will say they will fix it madden 11 trust me

Is anyone else dissapointed with the graphics in this years football games? The textures in some cases just look washed out and odd, not at all what the graphics looked like in the HD gameplay video on youtube and other websites. Is this just me or...? My other games in HD look incredible but these football games just look raggedy.

What's the point of adding all these cut scenes if your going to put giant overlays on top of them?

Since you are in the know, the demo build we have right now was a demo that was produced 2-3 weeks before the Madden team did their last tuning for the game.

madden 09 demo was the same as the final product just from that im pretty sure madden 10 will be the same as the demo.

EA, I am sincerely angry at you right now. Year after year, we, the community, voice what we do/don't like in Madden. Year after year we get hyped for this game, because you tell us all the things we didn't like are out of the game. Year after year, you completely ruin it, every time. And I'll tell you why. Ian, I sincerely hope you read this and keep this in mind.

You guys at EA have relied on quick fixes for the last god knows how long, and there's no denying that at all. You guys choose not to fix problems, but instead counter them, with lots of the time, even more unrealistic things. Here's some examples...

In 09, we tell you man is broke. You guys come out in 10, and let the DB make cuts on WR's before the WR does, or at the exact same time EVERY single play. How is that possible one bit?

In 08, we told you strafe catching was to effective. You guys take strafe out on offense, but leave it in on offense. This is just making the game even MORE broke then it is. Both players are human, correct? So why can't both players strafe?

In 09, we tell you 34 defense is broke. The NT doesn't take up two blockers. You guys......... do nothing.

In 08 we told you nano's were to easy. You guys make the LB's take the outside gap, even though I told him to blitz straight down through the A gap.

I'm done with this demo, if I play it any longer I'll go cancel my preorder.
