Guys did you notice in the Skins vs Packers video @ 0:40 Moss does a curl route. I saw 2 things both good and bad. But the good got me more excited! The DB covers Moss correctly by standing in front of Moss and in previous Maddens this was definitely someone you can NOT throw to. But not now!! He threw a jump ball up and behind the receiver!! And Moss jumped up and got it! It used to be you would throw it either a bullet or a lob and it would be right to the DB. Very nice Ian and team!!
However the bad was that the DB didn't even make an attempt to defend the pass. And the defender was looking right at the QB so he knew the pass was coming. Had nothing to do with attributes cuz I think the defender was Charles Woodson and his AWR should be pretty high as well as his cover skills.
So I take the good and I take the bad (and take them all and you got the facts of life) and the jump ball was HUGE. I hope the bad gets addressed as well.Comment

so is the gamestop demo months old?
because these videos looked showed better graphics, little quicker game speed, and other little features missing from the demo.
one example is the cardinals nameplates on the jerseys are low quality and kinda fuzzy in the demo and here they look much more legible.
either way, i guess i gotta download the next demo on the 30th and see if its a newer build.Comment

hmm one thing I don't like at ALL is Colts vs. Steelers @ 3:05 the TE doesn't go out of bounds to stop the clock. So the AI actually has an IQ of 7. The player had a chance to run out of bounds between the 27-30 yard line but was "fighting for every yard" so he stayed in bound and was tackled at the 25. But time expired!! Jeff Reed their kicker has a boot on him and he coulda possibly made it from the 27 yard line. There woulda been about 10 sec left on the clock if he went out of bounds giving time for 1 more quick out play to get another 5-10yds. But no chance... time expired and game over. This is something that needs to be fixed ASAP and cannot wait till next year or for a patch. This is something that should be in the gameplan of every football game.Comment

did anybody else notice that Peyton Manning doesn't sound like the real Peyton Manning AT ALL???
Over last 2 years, the had original sounds from the real Manning (exactly like they do with a lot of QBs this year).
But why in god's holy name would they replace his voice with this crap?
I can only hope that this will get fixed, I don't want to bring my experience down to QB voices only, but as a big-time Colts fan it was always a much better experience hearing Peyton's real voice while I was audibling...Comment

Dammit!!!! Madden needs to have a broadcast camera angle when the computer is playing each other. The immersion is not there looking at it like this. Hammond needs more time in the studio or leave, he's not sounding excited when things happen. Madden11 really needs to work on commentary. Maybe have a third person join the team. Other than that, liking what i see.
