'70s-'80s Broncos team

I had to make another AFC West team to duke it out with the Chiefs, so here is a fusion of '70s and '80s Bronco legends:

G: John Elway (QB)
G: Randy Gradishar (ILB) *CAP

S: Dennis Scott (FS) *CAP
S: Steve Atwater (SS) *CAP
S: Karl Mecklenburg (ILB)

B: Floyd Little (HB)
B: Rick Upchurch (WR)
B: Gary Zimmerman (T) *CAP
B: Tom Jackson (OLB) *CAP
B: Greg Kragen (DT)
B: Rulon Jones (DE)

Surprisingly, there aren't a lot of Broncos in the game, so I brought in a bunch of guys from the classic Orange Crush days.

With only three skill position players, most people might think that this team would be offense-deficient, but that's before you realize how lethal Elway is in this game, both with his feet and with his arm.

Don't disrespect Floyd Little, either, who is arguably the quickest and most agile bronze back in the game.

On defense, the 3-4 scheme of the Orange Crush is in its full glory, with a nice mix of LBs and linemen bringing the pain to opposing running backs, while Scott and Atwater bring their hard-hitting antics to smash up any attempts to loosen up the secondary.

This team is just really fun to use on both ends of the ball.
